Networking amongst civil society people and organization worldwide in order to break down the structural poverty situation cause by geographical and political isolation and create the confidence to speak out in a common cause of regaining livelihood sovereignty and livelihood identity for the well-being of the vulnerable indigenous and ethnic minority people everywhere.
