As an outcome of discussions between SPERI, the Centre for Bhutan Studies and the Government of Bhutan it has been decided that as part of the Bhutanese national celebration of the 60^th anniversary of the Fourth King of Bhutan and the 42^nd anniversary of the concept of Gross National Happiness, an international conference will be held in Bhutan in November 4- 6^th,  2015 on Gross National Happiness and Wellbeing.
